Finding Love on LinkedIn: Top Houston Headhunter Proposes toDream Woman on Live TV… After Finding Her on LinkedIn

HOUSTON, TX – June 10, 2025 – Forget the apps and endless swipes. Top Houston
headhunter Jeremy Jenson, CEO of Encore Search Partners, turned his sights on finding the one
and proposed to his girlfriend, Julia Koluch, live on FOX 26’s The Nightcap. In a headlinemaking moment that brought his story full circle and captured hearts across the country, his
search for love ended with the ultimate placement: fiancée.

In a surprising twist to one of the year’s most talked-about love stories, Jeremy Jenson, a leader
in executive recruiting, didn’t leave compatibility to chance. He used what he knows best:
Boolean logic and professional platforms to source top-tier talent. Only this time, he wasn’t
filling a C-level position, a niche engineer, or a wealth advisor. He was searching for his future
Wife.

“I built a Boolean string on LinkedIn to identify an intelligent, athletic, family-oriented woman
who embraced traditional values,” said Jenson on-air. “And when the search results returned one
perfect match… I knew I had found her.”

That match was Julia Koluch, a summa cum laude graduate student at the University of Houston,
a former Polish National Swim Team athlete, and a Division I Conference Champion. Born and
raised in Poland, Koluch moved to the United States on a full-ride scholarship, bringing with her
not only elite athletic credentials but also grace, humility, ambition, creativity, and vision.
“I wasn’t even looking for a relationship,” Julia said on The Nightcap. “But when Jeremy
reached out, my mom, who’s always right, said, ‘Check his LinkedIn. If the date doesn’t work
out, maybe he could offer you an internship.’”

Instead, she found a self-made entrepreneur with a powerful story of transformation, fatherhood,
and purpose. Jenson, a father of three, had spent the past year investing in himself physically,
emotionally, and spiritually. He lost 80 pounds, redefined his priorities, and focused on
becoming the kind of man worthy of the person he hoped to attract. The raw, emotional moment on live television struck a deeper chord.

Jenson wasn’t just preparing for love, he was preparing to be ready when it arrived.

“This isn’t just a love story,” says Jenson. “It’s a case study in intentionality. I’m living proof
that with clarity, courage, and commitment, you can recruit the greatest partner of your life.”
The couple is now planning a wedding that will blend cultures, shared values, and a vision for a
purposeful future, where love is pursued not by luck but with the same clarity and intention it
takes to build a legacy
